Hi, I’m YARI MINAYA.

…and I know what it’s like to watch life as you knew it fall apart.

For me, it was a divorce, a breakup that shattered me, and an alcohol addiction I used to numb the ache. I thought I was “strong” because I kept going working, raising my daughter, pushing through. But the truth? I was surviving, not living.

I was disconnected from myself, from others, and from the person I knew I could be. I couldn’t sit in silence without reaching for something a drink, a distraction, another person to fill the void.

The turning point came when I faced the truth I didn’t want to hear: I had lost myself. And that’s when my reckoning began.

Through every breaking point, I learned that awakening doesn’t come from avoiding the pain it comes from facing it head-on. Transformation begins when we confront ourselves honestly, shed the versions that no longer serve us, and make space for who we’re meant to become.

That’s why I created The Phoenix Reckoning Method a process rooted in deep self-confrontation, radical ownership, and rising. It’s the path I took to release who I was and fully embody who I am today.

Now, I guide others through the fire so they can rise from the ashes, too.

My Approach

Transformation begins when you stop trying to fix who you were and start becoming who you’re meant to be.

I don’t believe in “healing” your way back to an old version of yourself. My approach is about full on evolution. The past may have shaped you, but it doesn’t define who you rise to become.

Through the Phoenix Reckoning Method, I guide you through a process of facing yourself fully and honestly so you can release what no longer serves you and step into a version of yourself you’ve never met before.

You're not here to fix yourself. You're here to become
